The presentation is based around my journey at St John the Baptist School in Woking, England and describes how we manage to change the culture while raising grades from 28% A-C to 98%. One of the interesting things about the journey is that every student at SJB must take ICT as a subject.
I have also been trying new methods in terms of content delivery such as cartoon to help students learn and check their coursework. Reallusion has a fantastic program called Crazy Talk Animator that I use a lot. I mean a lot. (you can see the video here)

I take the talking head videos which has a green background into Adobe After Effects, key out the background and add other animations. You can see some of the cartoon videos I have created for e-learning by clicking here.Screen Shot 2013-02-09 at 12.03.31 The background was created using Adobe Illustrator 3D features.

Also I have been working with Adobe Animate which is a way of creating animations with CSS and Javascript.
A really nice workflow and the output of can be placed into other Adobe products very easily, especially when you have your applications from the Adobe Cloud.

A friend of mine, Maxim Jago got me started with Premiere Pro also with using the tools effectively. Check out some of his stuff here. Premiere Pro also has a great work flow in terms of creating and editing video. Thanks Maxim.
